Reporting an issue

Most problems are solved fastest by the page itself: invalid values are reported line by line with the exact reason, and the FAQ sections on each tool page answer the common questions about formats, limits and output.

When something looks wrong, note:

• the tool page you were using (for example /code128b or /barcode-generator-excel),
• the barcode type and a non-sensitive example of the input,
• what you expected and what happened instead.

Because generation happens entirely in your browser, no data about your values or files ever reaches us — please never send confidential spreadsheets; a description of the issue is almost always enough.
