Terms of Service

Terms for using the Bulk Barcode Generator tools and the barcodes they produce.

Last updated: 2026-09-18

Agreement and service

By using this site you agree to these terms. The service provides free, browser-based tools that generate barcode images (Code 128B, Code 128C, Data Matrix, QR Code, UPC-A) from values you provide, as SVG and PNG files.

What the output is — and is not

The tools produce barcode images. They do not issue, register or license GS1 GTIN/UPC numbers, and the Data Matrix output is standard rather than GS1-formatted. A scannable image of a number is not proof that the number is valid, licensed or assigned to you. You are responsible for the numbers you encode and for verifying output on your actual printer and scanner before production use.

Your responsibility

Only encode data you have the right to use. Do not use the service to infringe trademarks, falsify product identifiers, or violate any law or third-party right.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass input limits, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, probe its infrastructure, or automate abusive request volumes.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available, free of charge, and may be limited, changed or discontinued at any time. Current batch limits are 100 values per pasted list and 500 rows per spreadsheet file. Keep any output you need — nothing is stored on our servers.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of generated barcodes, including printing, labeling or retail-compliance outcomes. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. We may update these terms; the date above identifies the current version.
